PROCESSED FLOAT GLASS

Laminated / Reflective Glass is the one
laminating poly vinyl butyral (PVB) film between
two glass sheets or among multiple glass sheets
by the special equipment then preheating and
prepressing them before entering the autoclave
for permanent heating pressing and forming.

Acid Etched Glass allows the same light
transmittance as the equivalent thickness of
ordinary float glass. A low maintenance product,
marks, such as finger prints, are easily removed
from the surface of Acid Etched Glass, unlike
traditional etched and sandblasted glass,
facilitating installation and longevity of
appearance.

Tempered glass is often referred to as "safety
glass." And for good reason. It’s more resistant
to breakage than normal float glass. And if it is
broken, it usually breaks into relatively small
particles, which are less likely to cause injury.

Low-E glass stands for Low Emissivity glass.
This glass varies from normal clear glass in that
one side of the glass has a special metal coating,
technically known as a low emissitivity, or Low-E
coating.

Insulating Glass is a multi-glass combination
consisting of two or more panes enclosing a
hermetically-sealed air space. The most
important function of insulating glass is to
reduce thermal losses, which offers many
advantages: lower energy consumption, perfect
transparency by reducing the incidence of
condensation on the warm air side and the
possibility of using larger glazed areas without
increasing energy consumption.
